Well, we started remodeling our master bedroom and bath on August 13. This is a photo of our old gutted bathroom. We are swapping where the closet and bethroom used to be and expanding the bathroom. The remodeling is going relatively well so far. Our contractor is good about telling us what is going on and what he is working on. The dirt is kept mainly to the remodel because we can shut the door and try and maintain some order to the rest of the house (yeah right). Cade and Lane are fascinated by all the noise and all the different equipment that the crew uses. We spend a lot of time in the room "checking on the workers" as Cade tells it. I will update with more photos as the construction continues. I have great hopes that it will be done by the holidays. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
